Terms & conditions
The commercial terms that apply to quotations, orders, delivery and payment.
1. Application
These conditions apply to every quotation, order confirmation and delivery by AGRI-PRO B.V., unless something different is agreed in writing.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days and are based on the machine specification stated in them. Prices are excluding VAT unless marked otherwise, and include transport where the quotation says so.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when we send a written order confirmation. Changes after that are possible up to the point the machine is prepared for transport.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are given in good faith and are met in the overwhelming majority of cases. Where a factory delay affects a date, we tell you as soon as we know, not on the day of delivery.
5. Payment
For business customers, payment is within fourteen days of invoice unless other terms are agreed in writing. Machines remain our property until paid in full.
6. Warranty
Twelve months on new machines, parts and labour, as set out on the delivery and warranty page. Wearing parts are excluded from wear-related claims.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the machine or part concerned. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of crop, contract or working time, except where Dutch law does not permit that limitation.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go before the competent court in the district of Gelderland.
