What we collect through this website, why, and how long we keep it.
AGRI-PRO B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This statement explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, country and your message. The form does not set tracking cookies and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is a legitimate business interest under Article 6(1)(f), and a pre-contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) where a quotation follows.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after twenty-four months. Where an order follows, invoicing records are kept for seven years as Dutch tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database inside the EU, and our e-mail provider. Nobody else. We do not pass details to manufacturers, advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single functional cookie is used if you log in as an administrator, which visitors never do.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Write to the e-mail address on the contact page and we will answer within thirty days.

Our sales desk answers every enquiry within one working day — with a real recommendation, a price and a delivery date.
