About AGRI-PRO

Thirty years of buying, selling and repairing machines — a family business in Harderwijk with its own workshop, its own transport and its own parts stock.

A machinery business, not a shop front

AGRI-PRO began in 1994 as a one-man repair workshop on a farm outside Harderwijk. The machines came first: rebuilding tired flail mowers and selling them on to neighbours who could not justify a new one. The importing came later, and only because customers kept asking for machines nobody in the Netherlands stocked.

Thirty years on, three things have not changed. We still keep our own stock. We still prepare every machine in our own workshop before it leaves. And the person who answers the telephone has used the machine you are asking about.

What we do

We import robust, mechanically simple implements from manufacturers in Italy, Poland and the Netherlands, and supply them to farms, contractors, estates and municipalities across Europe. Nine ranges, from grassland care through to winter service — chosen because they are the jobs our customers do, not because a catalogue had gaps.

Who buys from us

  • Arable and livestock farms replacing worn implements without financing a new tractor.
  • Groundcare and verge contractors who need a machine that works six days a week and parts that arrive the next morning.
  • Municipalities and estates buying on tender, who need documentation, CE files and a supplier who answers audits.
  • Forestry and firewood businesses processing timber at volume.

How we are set up

Twelve people: four in sales and technical advice, five in the workshop and parts, two drivers, one in the office. A yard of 4.000 m² in Harderwijk with covered storage, a parts warehouse, two workshop bays and a demonstration area where you can run a machine before you buy it.

Certification and compliance

Every machine we supply carries a CE declaration of conformity and a manual in the language of the country it is delivered to. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, VAT-registered for intra-EU trade, and we keep the technical files for every range we sell.

We would rather lose a sale than sell a machine that does not fit the tractor. A machine that comes back costs us both far more than the order was worth.

Where we are going

We are adding dealers across Germany, France and Scandinavia, and extending the parts programme to cover ranges we no longer sell but that are still working on farms. If you are a dealer looking for a supplier who actually holds stock, ask for the dealer pack.
