Services
Supply, delivery, parts, workshop, warranty and advice — the six things that decide whether a machine was a good purchase.
Selling a machine takes an afternoon. Keeping it working takes years, and that is where a supplier is actually judged. Everything below is included in the price of the machine — none of it is a service contract you are sold afterwards.
We have built the business around six commitments. They are written out in full here, in plain language, because a page of vague promises helps nobody choose a supplier.

Service 01
Machine supply & direct import
We buy at the factory gate from European manufacturers and hold the machines in our own yard, so the price you pay carries one margin instead of an importer, a distributor and a dealer.
- Direct contracts with manufacturers in Italy, Poland and the Netherlands
- Stock held in Harderwijk, not ordered on receipt of your payment
- Written quotation with the delivery date on it
- Trade-in taken on like-for-like replacement

Service 02
Delivery, set-up & handover
Every machine is assembled, greased and tested in our workshop, the PTO shaft is cut to your tractor, and it is delivered on our own transport across the Benelux — usually within five working days.
- Assembled and tested before it leaves the yard
- PTO shaft measured and cut to your tractor
- Own transport in the Benelux, freight partner across the EU
- Handover walk-through with the operator, not just a manual

Service 03
Spare parts, same-day dispatch
Nine thousand part numbers on the shelf in Harderwijk — blades, knives, belts, bearings, hoses and PTO shafts for every range we sell, and for the ranges we used to sell.
- 9.000 part numbers held in stock
- Orders before 15:00 on a working day ship the same afternoon
- Parts kept for machines we sold twenty years ago
- Identification from a photo of the machine plate

Service 04
Workshop service & maintenance
Two fully equipped bays and a mobile service van: seasonal servicing, welding and hydraulic repair, rotor rebalancing and pre-season checks on machines you did not buy from us.
- Seasonal service contracts with a fixed price per machine
- Mobile van for breakdowns within 120 km
- Rotor and flail rebalancing on our own equipment
- Welding and hydraulic hose making while you wait

Service 05
Warranty & aftercare
Twelve months full warranty on every new machine, parts and labour included, handled by us rather than sent to a factory in another country and forgotten.
- 12 months on every new machine, parts and labour
- Claims handled here, not forwarded to a factory
- Loan machine where the repair takes more than three days
- Extended cover available on larger machines

Service 06
Technical advice & machine matching
Tell us the tractor, the hectares and the ground, and we will tell you which machine fits — including when the answer is a smaller one, or none of ours.
- Free advice, before and after you buy
- Matching by tractor hydraulics and weight, not just horsepower
- Demonstrations on your own ground for larger machines
- Honest "do not buy this" where it applies

03. We prepare it

Straight answers
Questions we get every week
If yours is not here, the sales desk answers the phone between Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30 · Sat 09:00–13:00.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Our own trucks cover the Benelux weekly; for the rest of the EU we use a freight partner and quote the transport cost up front, per machine, before you order.
Is the warranty really 12 months on everything?
On every new machine, parts and labour included. Wearing parts — blades, knives, belts, tines — are covered against defects but not against wear, which is the normal industry line.
Can I see a machine before buying?
Our yard in Harderwijk is open Monday to Saturday, and we take the full programme to the trade fairs listed on the homepage. Demonstrations on your own ground can be arranged for larger machines.
What if I need a part for a machine you no longer sell?
Send us the machine plate photo. We keep drawings for every range we have carried since 1994 and can usually still source or manufacture the part.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, on like-for-like replacements. Send photos and the hours; we quote a trade-in value within two working days and collect the old machine when the new one is delivered.
Ready when you are
Tell us what needs doing on your ground this season and we will put a machine, a price and a date in front of you.
