Warranty you can actually use

Every new machine carries twelve months of full warranty — parts and labour both. Wearing parts (blades, knives, tines, belts) are covered against manufacturing defects but not against wear, which is the normal line across the industry and we would rather say it here than in small print.

Who handles the claim

We do. You call us, we collect or come out, and we settle it with the factory afterwards. A warranty claim that you have to argue with a manufacturer in another country is not a warranty, it is a document.

If it takes time

Where a warranty repair will take more than three working days in season, we put a loan machine on your yard. That is not in most people’s terms. It is in ours because a broken machine in June is not a paperwork problem, it is a harvest problem.

After the twelve months

Nothing changes about how we answer the phone. Extended cover is available on the larger machines at the point of purchase if you want the certainty.
