Parts & service
Nine thousand part numbers on the shelf, two workshop bays and a mobile van within 120 km.
Parts are kept, not ordered
Around nine thousand part numbers sit on the racks in Harderwijk: hammer flails and Y-blades, mower discs and knives, drive belts, bearings, PTO shafts and shear bolts, hydraulic hoses made up while you wait, and the fasteners that hold all of it together.
Anything on the shelf, ordered before 15:00 on a working day, is dispatched the same afternoon. For the Netherlands and Belgium that means next morning. Germany, Denmark and northern France are usually next day as well.
Identify a part from a photograph
You do not need a part number. Send a photograph of the machine plate and, where you can, of the broken part, to our parts desk. We keep drawings and parts books for every range we have carried since 1994 — including machines that left our catalogue fifteen years ago.
If we cannot supply it, we will tell you who can. That answer costs us a sale and keeps a customer.
The workshop
Two fully equipped bays and a mobile service van. Every machine we sell is prepared here before delivery, and this is where they come back for the work that keeps them earning.
- Seasonal servicing at a price agreed before we start, with a written report of what we found.
- Rotor and flail rebalancing on our own balancing equipment — very few suppliers this size can do it in house.
- Welding and hydraulic repair, including hoses crimped while you wait.
- Breakdown call-out within 120 km, with hose equipment, common bearings and a welder in the van.
- Pre-season checks on machines you did not buy from us, at no premium.
Booking
Winter service slots open in October and fill by the end of November. Call the workshop directly or send the form on the contact page with the machine and the work you need.
