Delivery & warranty
What we promise on transport, lead times, warranty cover and returns — in plain language.
Lead times
Machines held in stock in Harderwijk leave our yard within five working days of a confirmed order. Machines built to order — larger processors, custom mounting plates, non-standard widths — are quoted with a date on the offer, typically three to six weeks.
Transport
We run our own trucks weekly through the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the western German border region. Everywhere else in the EU travels with our freight partner. Transport is quoted in the offer, per machine, so there is no separate invoice afterwards.
Before it ships
- Assembled and greased on every point.
- Run up and tested against the manufacturer’s check list.
- PTO shaft measured and cut to your tractor.
- Manual, CE declaration and parts book in the box, in your language.
Warranty
Twelve months full warranty on every new machine, parts and labour included, from the delivery date. Wearing parts — blades, knives, tines, belts, hammer flails — are covered against manufacturing defects but not against wear.
Claims are handled by us. You call us; we collect the machine or come to it; we settle with the factory afterwards. Where a warranty repair in season will take more than three working days, we put a loan machine on your yard.
Returns
Unused machines in their original condition can be returned within fourteen days of delivery under EU distance-selling rules, with transport at cost. Machines that have been in the ground cannot — which is exactly why we spend the time on machine matching before you order.
Parts orders
Parts held in stock and ordered before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same afternoon. Incorrectly ordered parts can be returned unused within thirty days; parts ordered specially from a manufacturer cannot be returned.
