Parts are kept, not ordered

The measure of a machinery supplier is not the sale, it is the Friday afternoon in August when a blade breaks with forty hectares left to cut. We hold around nine thousand part numbers in the building: wearing parts, drive parts, hydraulic parts and the fasteners that hold them on.

Same-day dispatch

Anything on the shelf, ordered before three o’clock on a working day, leaves the same afternoon. In the Netherlands and Belgium that is next-morning delivery; Germany and northern France are usually next day too.

Machines we no longer sell

We keep the drawings and parts books for every range we have carried since 1994. Send a photograph of the machine plate and we will identify the part while you are on the phone — including for machines that have not been in our catalogue for fifteen years.

What we cannot do

We are honest about the exceptions: a handful of electronic components on newer machines have to come from the manufacturer, which adds three to five working days. We will tell you that at the point of ordering, not afterwards.
